BBB cookies can be stored in a sealed container or baggie for up to one week. You can also place them in baggies and freeze them until you need them. When you're ready for them, thaw them at room temperature for 4-6 hours and then enjoy!
If you enjoy a warm cookie, place your BBB babe in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or until you've reached your desired warmth!
BBB only uses the highest quality ingredients, with no preservatives. Each cookie lists its ingredients in the description for specific allergy inquiries.
Yes! All our products can be made Gluten Free.
Our babes are BIG! Each cookie is made with 1/4c of dough and weighs between 90-120 grams or 4-5 oz.

For shipped items, you'll receive an email confirmation upon ordering and another email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
For local deliveries, recipient will receive an email confirmation upon ordering and a text when BBB box has been delivered.
For porch pick-up orders, recipient will receive an email confirmation upon ordering and a text when your BBB box is available for pick-up.
Yes! For local delivery and porch pick-up, there is a place at checkout to let us know when you need your order completed.
All orders are baked to order. Order for delivery, and porch pick up, usually take about 24-48 hours to be ready.
Cookies are made to order. Once we receive an order, we will begin to bake and ship the following day. We use 2-day USPS shipping. Keep that in mind when ordering for a specific event/day.
Cookies arrive in our signature BBB black boxes. Each cookie is individually wrapped and bundled with care.
Cookie shipments do not have ice packs! When there are warmer temps, be sure to keep an eye on the tracking information to know when your BBB box arrives.

Of course! BBB is happy to customize your packaging to make your event memorable and delicious. In the BBB Extras section, you'll see where you can purchase custom packaging.

Yes! In our BBB Extras section, there are e-giftcards to purchase. Upon purchase, recipient will receive e-gift card with a unique code. This code can be entered at the checkout section when ordering.
